Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced IT senior developer or lead to work on successful e-trading platform in Derivatives area.
• We are looking for a candidate not only with experience in IT Team Leadership but hands-on in .NET stack working on high-volume real-time system.
• Knowledge of financial products and electronic/exchange trading would be highly beneficial but is not required, full training will be provided.                      

Main Tasks:

• Lead a team of developers responsible for the development and maintenance of the trading platform                                           
• Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance                                                      
• Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing and code reviews                                                       
• Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• At least 5 years software development experience, with at least 2 years as an IT team lead                                                      
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems                                                          
• Experience in agile development methodologies                                                          
• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-based technologies                                                                                                       
• .net C# experience (Expert)
• JavaScript (Practice)
• React (Practice)
• SDLC (plus)
