How you will make an impact

In this role, you will be responsible for providing experienced support towards sourcing areas, defining, preparing, and conducting sourcing projects. You will ensure the deployment of sourcing processes and tools and perform advanced analytics and reporting. As a strategic partner to designated sourcing areas, you will challenge and optimize ways of working, identify needs for optimization, and develop tools to increase efficiency. You will:
 

• Conduct market outlook, data collection, and spend analysis.
• Perform tail spend analysis and provide recommendations.
• Promote and facilitate the utilization of the sourcing toolbox.
• Analyze supplier responses and prepare scorecards.
• Prepare T2T/strategic meetings and support system, process, and tool usage within local Procurement.
• Educate business in Arla purchasing process and channels, providing clear buying channels for different purposes.

 

What will make you successful

You have a relevant academic background, confirmed with an MA degree, and 3-5 years of experience in procurement. You should possess expert knowledge of procurement processes and tools, with strong analytical and data management skills. You have proven experience in data analysis and pattern identification to support decision-making, profound digital capabilities, and eagerness to master systems and platforms. Fluency in English and excellent command of MS Office, including advanced Excel capabilities, are essential.
