POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Team in maintaining client & vendor accounts & aged receivables.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1.      Manage AR Inbox and distribute appropriately.2.      Review and approve paper and electronic invoices for delivery to the client.3.      Process new account setups; organize and prepare customer account applications for approval.4.      Assist Account Managers in the investigation, reconciliation, and collection of past due accounts. Including but not limited to courtesy calling 30-60.5.      Manage returned mail.6.      Receive incoming ACD telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.7.      Process required invoices in portals.8.      Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email.9.      Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.10.   Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.11.   Perform other related duties, projects, and attend meetings as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Associate's degree is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as a MS Office applications, Outlook and company specific programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service with internal and external clients.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to exercise independent judgement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within a defined timeline and to operate with changing priorities.
  • Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client orientated team.
