You'll lead a team responsible for building the systems that power Riskified's merchant order analysis - combining large-scale, real-time backend infrastructure with advanced browser and device fingerprinting to authenticate genuine users and stop fraud during online transactions.</p> <p>The team owns its work end-to-end: from feature planning with Product and Design, through technology selection, architecture, coding, code review, and CI/CD deployment, all the way to post-deployment monitoring. As Team Lead, you'll set the technical direction, grow the team, and stay close enough to the code to lead from the front.</p> <p>You'll be managing two complementary disciplines: backend engineers building highly scalable architectures for our machine learning systems and platforms (Scala, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes), and security software engineers developing JavaScript and mobile techniques for fingerprinting, bot detection, and spoofing prevention.
