Job Description:

Icon V Marketing Company is seeking a personable and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our Orlando, FL team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in customer service and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing customer needs or directing them to the appropriate department.
• Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support the customer service team with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
