About the role

<p>Start your career in a dynamic and people-focused role where you will play an important part in supporting employees across multiple countries, while gaining hands-on experience in both HR and Office Management within a global organisation.</p><p>This is a part-time opportunity based in our Brno office, working three days per week, making it well suited to a student or someone looking for flexible working alongside other commitments. </p><p>You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe, the UK and India, giving you valuable exposure to international HR processes and office operations. </p><p>The role offers the chance to develop your HR knowledge, contribute to improving internal processes and support onboarding activities, while building strong communication and organisational skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities as an HR &amp; Office Management Assistant will include:</strong><br /> • Supporting the smooth running of the office, including managing suppliers, handling correspondence and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries in the Brno office.<br /> • Assisting with onboarding and pre‑boarding activities, including preparing documentation and organising entry medical checks.<br /> • Maintaining HR administration, including preparing reports, managing employee records and supporting lifecycle processes.<br /> • Planning and coordinating team events and activities to support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.<br /> • Collaborating with employees and managers across multiple locations to provide day-to-day HR and office support.<br /> • To adhere to all general security and data protection responsibilities as defined in the company security policy (please do not remove this bullet point).</p><p><strong>You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR &amp; Office Management Assistant:</strong><br /> • You will have fluent communication skills in Czech or Slovak, with at least intermediate English (B2 level) to work effectively with international teams.<br /> • You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.<br /> • You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.<br /> • You will be confident using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, in your day-to-day work.<br /> • You will be proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</p><p><strong>FE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform.
