Application Processor - RideNow Powersports Austin

RideNow Powersports Austin, a subsidiary of RumbleOn is seeking an Application Processor who will be responsible for facilitating the application process for customers seeking financing for powersports vehicles. This role involves collaboration with the finance department, accurate processing of applications, and meticulous file management.

Key Responsibilities

 

Application Processing

• Review customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Input application information into the dealership's system.
• Communicate with lenders to secure approvals.
• Prepare financing documents for customer signature.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and dealership policies.

Finance Department Assistance

• Provide support to the finance manager as needed.
• Assist with funding verification and processing.
• Resolve application-related inquiries from customers and lenders.
• Track application status and provide updates to sales staff.

File Management

• Maintain accurate and organized application files.
• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Securely store and dispose of sensitive information.
• Conduct regular audits of application files.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Prior experience in finance or application processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
