This role ensures that users receive effective, timely, and relevant cybersecurity training while supporting enterprise‑wide initiatives to strengthen security culture and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Program Leadership and Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage, and continuously enhance SETA program operations, including annual training cycles, internal training initiatives, compliance obligations, and ongoing process improvements.</li> <li>Monitor and enforce user compliance by tracking completion rates, identifying and following up with delinquent users, and reconciling discrepancies across systems such as AzureAD, HRIS, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Communications &amp; Awareness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee all SETA communications, including management of the program’s intranet presence.</li> <li>Develop newsletters, awareness materials (posters, digital signage, information sheets), and coordinate distribution of SETA messaging.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Training &amp; Simulation Activities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, execute, and evaluate phishing and social engineering training exercises.</li> <li>Conduct simulations, analyze outcomes, prepare tailored remediation messaging, and collaborate with leadership on follow‑up actions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI‑Enabled Training Enhancement<
