Job Overview: 

The Customer Experience Product - Experimentation and Decision Science team partners with multiple Product, Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to help establish and drive culture of product experimentation at Coupang.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Setting up analytical standards for product experimentation
• Create processes to systematically drive the implementation of these standards right from design of experiments to launch decisions for all product features
• Pro-actively identify opportunities and automate decision making as Coupang scales
• Contribute to breaking risk vs velocity trade-of

 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business), or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of cumulative experience in Product and Analytics
• At least 4 yours in product analytics, with demonstrated experience in decision making using data working with senior stakeholders
• Working knowledge of experiment design and analysis (A/B test)
• Ability to handle data - SQL, Python or other querying language

 

Preferred:  

• Master’s degree in Quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Business)
• Has experience in E-commerce product analytics
