We're seeking a passionate Production Manager to spearhead our "farm-to-package" journey, leading a dedicated team through the exciting seasonal rhythms of food production.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- Proven production supervisory experience with a track record of success
- Natural leadership abilities and communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a major plus!
The Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (10-hour days) with exciting seasonal variations during peak harvest periods.
