We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team in the Outpatient Pulmonology department. Position Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients within the Outpatient Pulmonology department.

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans.

• Utilize your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of pulmonary conditions such as asthma, COPD, and interstitial lung diseases.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure thorough understanding of care plans, treatments, and disease management.

• Stay informed on the latest Pulmonology research and integrate evidence-based practices into daily care delivery.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Educate patients and families on preventative measures, disease management, and available treatment options to empower informed decision-making.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development by attending relevant trainings, conferences, and workshops.
