Job Specifications  

• Outlet: The Hythe

• Housing: May Be Available  

• Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.49 / hour  

• Shift & Schedule Availability - AM/PM, weekends and holidays.   

   

Job Responsibilities  

• Ability to safely work with hazardous and caustic chemicals. Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling  

• Ability to perform well under pressure  

• Exhibits high productivity in all cleaning assignments, including but not limited to replenishing of required amenities in all guest spaces as assigned  

• Retention of training, and seeking further knowledge as you learn more about your assigned role and role requirements  

• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times  

• Willingness and ability to handle and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment as required based off your specified property  

• Clean & maintain guest accommodations. Make beds & change linens; clean bathrooms; dust furniture, pictures, window ledges & shelves; vacuum carpeted areas & remove trash. Stock guest rooms with amenities such as bottled water, towels & tissues. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms & recreation areas. Report damage to guest rooms. Report lost items. Maintained carts, linen rooms & housekeeping equipment & supplies in a neat & orderly fashion. May also help with turndown service. Comply with all resort policies, procedures & standards of operation.

Job Requirements  

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience  

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs  

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting  

• Detail-oriented, self-motivating, and strong communicator, both written & verbal  

• Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities  

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00 - $24.23. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
