The Role: We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our vibrant community at Goshen. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee clinical operations, ensure quality care, and drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide the development, monitoring, and compliance of the nursing team and CNA's.
• Team Development: Foster a cohesive team environment, ensuring the professional growth and development of all staff members. Provide learning opportunities for all staff.
• Resident & Community Engagement: Act as an ambassador for Goshen, building strong relationships with residents, team members, and the broader community.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facilitate the sharing of best practices across Greencroft communities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education & Experience: Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana and maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required.
• Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired.
• Dementia-certified a plus.
• Experience in staff development and training preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with electronic medical records desired., with an understanding of multi-department facility operations and long-term care issues.
