F&A - Sustainability Senior Analyst

<p>As a Sustainability Analyst, you will compute the company’s global carbon footprint, actively contribute to greenhouse gas emission reduction ideation, lead human rights due diligence across our supply chain, and manage Duracell internal and external Sustainability KPI reporting.</p> <p><strong>Duracell Global Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and compute Duracell Global GHG emissions.</li><li>Implement process improvements and identify new improvement areas</li><li>Thoroughly document the process and support internal/external audit queries</li><li>Actively contribute to Duracell GHG emission reduction ideation thanks to deep understanding of our sources of emissions, and ability to perform cost/investment estimates</li><li>Support ad-hoc internal and external queries on Duracell carbon footprint</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>ESG Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Manage cross functional inputs to Duracell’s Global ESG reports </li><li>Support Regulatory Reporting (e.g. California Climate-Laws) </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Supply Chain Due Diligence </strong></p><ul><li>Own Duracell’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Process on Human Right and Environmental Matters</li><li>Lead suppliers’ Sustainability KPI tracking process, including audit results and follow-up actions.</li><li>Thoroughly document the process and support internal/external audit queries</li><li>Drive process improvements over time</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to details, operate with discipline, process-oriented mind</li><li>Strong ability to question data via robust validation/reconciliation approaches</li><li>Eager to learn/develop beyond pure Finance topics, with high working standards</li><li>Can successfully operate in new process environments, where things keep on evolving/improving. </li><li>Advanced Excel-based modeling know-how </li><li>Good writing and presentation skills to support external and internal communication.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education and Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering</li><li>Experience in Supply Chain and in SAP a plus</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Languages: Advanced/Full Professional English.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid position: Work from home + Barcelona Office</li><li>Meal Allowance, Home Allowance &amp; Work from Home equipment</li><li>Health insurance, Life insurance and Pension Plan</li><li>Wellness plan Benefit</li><li>Birthday breakfast</li><li>Flexible culture &amp; International environment    </li><li>Gathering activities.</li><li>Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion initiatives.</li></ul>
