Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Outpatient Therapy Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary outpatient therapy team with MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of our high-performing outpatient therapy clinic

  • Mentor, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff

  • Maintain a part-time clinical caseload—stay hands-on while you lead

  • Ensure top-notch compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards

  • Drive productivity, track patient outcomes, and champion patient satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Launch staff education programs and spearhead quality improvement initiatives

  • Partner with leadership to market and grow both existing and new therapy clinics

Additional Job Description

What You Bring:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required

  • 3–5 years of outpatient experience; leadership or supervisory background is preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication chops—you know how to inspire and lead

  • In-depth understanding of outpatient rehab operations, metrics, and compliance

  • A collaborative spirit and a drive to elevate patient care
