The position is highly technical and balanced between engineering and operations roles such as systems configuration management and software development. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can act independently, lead other team members, and represent operations core values across the organization.<br/>This will be an opportunity to work with a large infrastructure across multiple clouds and 20 data centers around the world. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop and deploy infrastructure automation solutions for 8x8 environments.</li><li>Implement CI/CD Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Atlantis, Jenkins and Git.</li><li>Deliver Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules for resilient architectures.</li><li>Challenge our current infrastructure and improve it.</li><li>Use DevOps practices to build low maintenance, secure environments.</li><li>Take ownership of multiple Cloudflare accounts and automate configuration.</li><li>Manage and automate a fleet of load balancers (F5, Citrix).</li><li>Write tools and services to make our systems secure, scalable and efficient using Python, Go, etc.</li><li>Observability based on Prometheus, Grafana, etc.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the team, transparent about progress, seek feedback early and often.</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Self-starter who wants to get things done.
