Retail Parts Associate - Part Time

Are you passionate about camping and the great outdoors? Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping things organized? Colton RV & Marine is looking for a Part-Time Retail Parts Associate to join our team! 

What You’ll Do:

• Receive and check in parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their RV or boat
• Answer phones and return customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Process sales transactions and cash out customers at the register
• Stock and maintain the retail showroom, ensuring products are neatly displayed
• Organize and maintain stock areas for efficiency and accessibility
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for camping, RVing, boating, or the outdoor lifestyle
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Previous retail, parts, or customer service experience is a plus
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, primarily evenings and Saturdays
