You will be part of a talented, motivated, and multicultural team that fosters continuous improvement through learning, retrospectives, and feedback. </p><p>On a typical day you will: </p><ul><li><p>Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet our business objectives, technical requirements, and industry standards</p></li><li>Furthermore, you will develop, ship, and maintain Java backend services using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>You build it, you run it: operate backend services in the cloud and ensure high availability.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and product owners. </li><li>Familiar with testing backend services using best practices.</li><li><p>Identify areas of improvement in our products and processes. </p></li><li>To ensure we are following best practices you will participate in code and design reviews. </li><li><p>Share knowledge with teammates. </p></li><li><p>You will set the technical direction in alignment with our business objectives. </p></li></ul><p><strong>These are the base skills for you to help us: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. </p></li><li><p>Many years of professional working experience in the backend and/or an academic degree in Computer Science or related technical fields. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>You Would Be a Great Fit If </strong></p><p>You love to build products with a team and learn every day.
