Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

In-Home Caregiver – Morning & Evening Shifts | $17.73/hr

Location: Clinton, WI

Schedule: 2 hours in the morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and 2 hours in the evening (between 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Pay: $17.73/hour

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to assist a sweet and kind-hearted individual in her home. This role is ideal for someone who values building trust and enjoys making a meaningful impact in someone’s daily life.

About the Role:

The client uses a power chair and requires daily assistance with a variety of tasks to maintain her independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

              • Morning assistance with getting out of bed

              • Bathing support (lower body, every other day)

              • Help with dressing and personal hygiene

              • Assistance with incontinence products

              • Medication

              • Meal preparation

              • Light housekeeping and laundry

              • Transportation to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)

              • Occasional trips to the store

             

Ideal Candidate:

              • Patient, empathetic, and dependable

              • Experience with personal care or caregiving preferred

              • Comfortable with light physical assistance

              • Able to build trust and rapport with someone who may take time to open up
