Bartender – Léal Hospitality Group

At Léal Hospitality Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences across all of our properties. Our bartenders play a key role in creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere for guests—offering warm hospitality, genuine interactions, and expertly crafted beverages.

We are seeking professional, personable, and detail-oriented bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and the art of mixology. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages efficiently and accurately, while ensuring each guest feels valued, comfortable, and engaged throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service and create a memorable experience for every guest.

• Accurately mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.

• Stay attentive to guest needs and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a valid ABC-approved Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.

• Must also possess a valid Food Handlers Card.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and approachable personality.

• Proficient in basic math and comfortable handling transactions and POS systems.

• Well-groomed, polished appearance with a high standard of professionalism.

• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, often in varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Candidates MUST have weekend availability.
