GSI is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the team as a Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and cost-effective maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant equipment, systems, and ensuring maximum production quantity and quality while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.  Develops and drives TPM objectives throughout the plant to optimize production efficiencies and has implementation and management responsibilities for LOTO for the plant. You will work onsite at our Assumption, IL facility.

 

Your Impact

• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Oversees and maintain repairs maintenance shop equipment and facilities.
• Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and
