Regional approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Information and knowledge transfer, including the identification and distribution of important service and quality notifications, organizing technical meetings, and reviewing documentation for system launches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>On-site service activities, such as troubleshooting, system installations, configuration, and providing support for complex IT connections.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Business support to sales and marketing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze and provide solutions to ensure Customer Experience and reduce product complaints/inquiries increasing customer satisfaction and support sustainability</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Who you are:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>You have demonstrated expertise in the field of anatomical pathology and connectivity knowledge and you are fluent in English, oral and written</span></p></li><li><p><span>Resilient and adaptable to changing environments. </span></p></li><li><p><span>You have a growth and agile mindset and additionally negotiation skills and the ability to take on responsibilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and networking/ collaboration skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Decision-making under pressure, prioritization, and time management skills as well as leadership and autonomy skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Influencing skills, effective communication and knowledge-sharing abilities.
