The role combines team leadership, operational excellence, and senior stakeholder partnership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will oversee recruiting performance while also managing complex, high-priority searches as a player–coach. Success in this role means improving hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience at scale. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
