Senior Applications Consultant

As Senior Applications Consultant at Corbion, you will standardize and support global CRM processes, onboard a digital program, and work in an organization that believes that innovation also means real progress.  We are currently expanding our IT Global Applications team for Commerce to support, enhance, and innovate our Global CRM processes.  That is where you as an IT Application Consultant will help realize our and your own growth ambitions. You will help facilitate end-user adoption and further optimize our business processes, along with a team of experienced Corbion colleagues as we progress in our digital transformation.

 

Responsibilities:

• First/Second line support of global applications in the commercial (e.g., sales, customer service, marketing) business domain
• Work closely with Solutions Architect to translate business demand into feasible IT projects and solutions
• Preparation and execution of change management requests
• Manage/Collaborate with third party support
• Collaborate with other team members and makes sure the knowledge of his/her team is up-to-date and documented
• Work independently and with users to define and document enhancement requests; assist users in determining the correct data solution for their unique projects and tasks
• Evaluate, develop, test and deploy platform enhancements
• Provide guidance and support to Agile teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Other duties as determined by business need

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator  .
• Expertise in the Salesforce platforms, with the ability to build workflows/processes, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
• Expertise in CRM process such as sales/pipeline management, lead management, and marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in Sitecore CMS, including but not limited to Sitecore CMS, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC).
• Experience with Sitecore content management, workflow, and personalization features.
• Agile project management, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Experience supporting integration solutions, tools, workflows and automation
• Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage projects, influence direction and cope with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and deliver quality customer service
• Success evaluating and prioritizing information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements and other integrated systems
