SUMMARYThe agency protects the retirement income of more than 33 million American workers in private sector defined benefit pension plans. A defined benefit plan provides a specified monthly benefit at retirement, often based on a combination of salary and years of service. This contract is for the delivery of IT infrastructure services and support needed for the agency’s mission. This contract will serve as a strategic tool to navigate the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of IT requirements at the agency.The GRC Manager shall manage and oversee ITIOD’s IT infrastructure-related GRC activities, including but not limited to audit and data call responses, risk management activities and risk registers, compliance frameworks such as FISMA and NIST, as well as security control documentation and implementation, plans of action and milestones and related work.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· The duties for this position include performing quality oral and written communication relevant to GRC for a complex IT environment.SUPERVISORY DUTIES· Manage and oversee ITIOD’s IT infrastructure-related GRC activities.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Certifications· - ITIL 4 Foundation OR Practitioner· - PMPEducation, Background, and Years of Experience· STRONGLY PREFERRED:· - 10+ years management for GRC related positions (10 years Federal experience as contractor or civilian)· - Demonstrated success improving sub-standard FISMA audit results. Must include (1) other audit or audit type evolution (e.g. A-130 or external Federal oversight) in similar size / scope· - Bachelors in IT or Management disciplines· · STRONGLY PREFERRED Certification:· - DevSecOps Foundation
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills· - Incident Response Management· - Experience with FISMA / NIST· - Experience managing risk and documenting mitigation plans· - Disaster Recovery / COOP Planning· - Security Audit Management· - Knowledge of Networking, Infrastructure, Datacenter Environmental, MS Azure CloudPreferred Skills· - Management of either Cybersecurity OR DevSecOps environments in similar size / scope· - Relevant Network Operations and Development experience· - Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology including experience as a Scrum Master· - Strong Ability to create, implement and manage large complex Government IT projects· - Strong understanding of Risk Management· - Strong understanding of data analysis, metrics and reporting· - Excellent Communications skills· - Strong team/personnel leadership skills· - Strong understanding of and ability to demonstrate the Agile Defense Core Values: Happy, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Hungry, Hustle
