Role Name: Property Management Assistant
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Philippine time)
Client Timezone: Sydney, Australia (AEDT/AEST)
This is an exciting opportunity to become the central communication hub for a successful property management operation, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining seamless relationships between landlords, tenants, and service providers. You'll be responsible for the full spectrum of property management administration, from coordinating repairs and managing tenancy renewals to handling tenant communications and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This remote position offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and customer service, allowing you to develop valuable real estate industry skills while working with cutting-edge property management technology. As the business continues to grow, there's potential to expand into additional areas like online marketing and sales support, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a comprehensive skill set in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate property repairs by facilitating clear communication between landlords, tenants, and property managers to ensure timely resolution
- Manage the renewal process for tenancy agreements, maintaining strong relationships with long-term tenants
- Process and send rent increase notices to tenants in accordance with local regulations and company policies
- Handle all general inquiries between tenants and business partners, providing exceptional customer service
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks to support smooth property management operations
- Utilize proprietary property management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
- Potentially assist with online sales advertisements and digital marketing initiatives as the role evolves
- Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or related customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between multiple parties
- Proficiency with property management software systems and willingness to learn new platforms
- Availability to work Sydney business hours consistently, ensuring real-time support for Australian operations
- Strong preference for candidates with long-term rental property management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail for handling legal documents like tenancy agreements and official notices
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection for remote work
