Interim Senior Financial Analyst

Warbird Healthcare Advisors has an exciting opportunity for an Interim Senior Financial Analyst responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across all aspects of a health system in the Southeast. The position leads the budgeting and forecasting processes, performs productivity analysis, as well as graduate medical education program reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis), including communication of timelines and guidance to business partners.

• Drive the annual budgeting process and monthly reforecasting.

• Analyze departmental P&L performance and prepare monthly expense analyses.

• Maintain and enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational models.

• Create and maintain financial planning models for revenue, expenses, and company KPIs.

• Own the P&L to drive transparency and improve reporting and projections.

• Analyze, forecast, and track headcount, capital expenditures, and operating expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field. Four (4) years of relevant finance or accounting experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in addition to the experience below
• Proficiency in Axiom, Cerner and Premier
