Senior Area Controller - Thermoformed & Flexible Packaging (TFP)

The Senior Area Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations within a designated area. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives..

What you'll be doing:  

•  Oversee the financial operations of the area, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
•  Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
•  Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
•  Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
•  Identify and mitigate financial risks within the area.
•  Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
•  Communicate financial results and strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.  

This position is in our Charlotte, NC or Hartsville, SC Office

We’d love to hear from you if:  

• Prefer  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
•  Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Proven ability to lead and develop a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights to support business growth.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
•  In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Compensation:   

The annual base salary range for this role is from $132,160 to $148,680, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
