• Take Charge of Your Career! You will have five project assignments: the first within Finance. After that, you can choose your subsequent projects individually – across the entire company.
• Step Out of Your Comfort Zone! After your first assignment, you decide which topics you want to dive deeper into. During the program, we want you to step out of your comfort zone and explore new fields within Deutsche Telekom. We will support you with a broad network.
