Student - General Accounting Services & Banks (f/m/d)

Field of activity:

FINOPS Prague is part of the Financial Accounting & Controlling department of Deutsche Börse Group. FINOPS Prague is mainly responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking management and general ledger accounting, master data governance and master data management activities as well as further related topics. The section acts as a service provider for Deutsche Börse Group companies especially in Germany and Luxembourg. The section is responsible for general ledger accounting of different Group Branches including full responsibility for Czech Statutory Reporting. The section is involved in monthly, quarterly as well as year-end closing.

Your responsibilities:

• • Email Management: Respond to and distribute incoming emails to appropriate colleagues, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Document Handling: Sort, organize, and file incoming documents, both physical and digital, according to established procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and archive documents according to company policies.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks as bank statements processing, dunning etc.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

 

Your profile:

• • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in SAP S/4 FI would be advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English – German knowledge of advantage
  • Good analytical skills and care for detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
