Your responsibilities

• Ensure that relevant business information gets shared efficiently across the team (buying and planning) and that relevant business messages and priorities are clearly communicated within your classification
• Together with your Planning counterpart you have end-to-end commercial ownership of your department. You ensure that financial targets are set and executed
• Lead and motivate the buying team in your department to execute and develop the commercial strategy while giving the strategic
• You are responsible for the organizational structure of your team
• Your stakeholder network is constantly evolving, and your approach ensures that strategies are delivered to reach the business goals

Your qualifications

• Significant experience working in Retail and off-price Buying, covering commercial and assortment topics coupled with strategic planning and execution
• Master negotiation techniques and have a proven track record of negotiation successes that had a positive impact on the overall business
• You have a proven track of record in coaching and growing a team to achieve high engagement and performance culture
• You are able to extract the best of each team member and function as an inspiring leader that convinces the team with engaging strategy and vision while giving clear direction
• Able to work autonomously, be results-oriented and be able to think "out of the box”
• Fluent written and spoken business English
