SUMMARY
At iFIT, we are passionate about empowering people to live healthier lives through dynamic, engaging experiences. We’re looking for a creative, motivated copywriting intern to join our in-house Creative Team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced writers and gain real-world experience concepting and writing copy for a global fitness brand.
As a copywriting intern, you’ll work under the guidance of our Senior Copywriters and Creative Directors to help craft compelling messaging across a variety of platforms. This role is ideal for a student or recent grad looking to grow their skills in marketing and advertising, and gain insight into working on a collaborative creative team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Copywriting Support: Assist in writing copy for digital, social, print, and email campaigns that align with brand voice and business goals.

Campaign Concepting: Collaborate with designers and fellow creatives to brainstorm ideas, headlines, and big-picture campaign messaging.

Messaging Craftsmanship: Learn how to write for performance, persuasion, and brand storytelling across channels.

Team Collaboration: Join brainstorms and creative reviews, and work alongside marketers, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.

Editing and Revisions: Support proofreading and revisions of existing copy. Learn how to incorporate feedback and maintain consistent tone across deliverables.
- Digital Optimization: Gain exposure to how copy is adapted for SEO, email, and paid media best practices.
EDUCATION AND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- A writing portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and an understanding of persuasive writing (can include student work or personal projects).
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and storytelling fundamentals.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passionate about advertising, branding, and the role of words in creative campaigns.
- Bonus points for: interest in fitness or wellness, familiarity with digital marketing platforms, or experience with content strategy.
