Position Overview
- Flexible Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule of Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am and end times between 3-6pm, depending on your start time (a full 8-hour day must be worked). Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
- Compensation Package–
- $130,000 to $160,000 / Year
- Bonus Incentives include: annual bonus
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Real Estate is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of asset management or acquisitions experience, preferably with a focus on multifamily assets.
- Demonstrated success managing value-add and/or core-plus strategies across multiple West Coast markets.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling (Excel proficiency required; Argus is a plus).
- Experience working with third-party property management and renovation teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to asset locations across the West Coast.
Your Role
- Manage a $2B portfolio of multifamily assets, ensuring alignment with investment models, business plans, and fund goals.
- Track KPIs, address performance gaps, and implement operational improvements.
- Partner with property teams on pricing, leasing, expense control, and income growth.
- Oversee value-add renovations and capital projects, ensuring budget, scope, and timelines.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and hold/sell analyses to inform strategic planning.
- Analyze market trends across the West Coast to guide asset-level strategies.
- Prepare investor reports and materials, support fund reporting and investor relations.
- Support refinancing, dispositions, and due diligence with brokers and committees.
