Job Description:

Working with Colleges, Design Teams and Furniture representatives on furniture layouts, furniture selection, fabric selections, furniture procurement, and overseeing furniture installation.

Working with the PDC Design Team, Project Managers and Architects on design reviews, including floor plans and finishes.

Support Project Managers in the development of project programs, including estimating furniture costs and collaborating on space needs.

Work with clients on potential space needs and floor plans.

Create and maintain interior design standards and design guidelines.

Update and maintain interior material library and relationships with representatives.

Work hours: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.  Work hours and days may vary with assignments and workload.  May be on call during adverse weather conditions and available for evening and weekend meetings and events.

A criminal background will be conducted.

Expected Salary:

$75,000 - $80,000 yearly based on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or other appropriate area and three years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

NCIDQ certification or in progress; LEED; WELL certifications.

Position needs to know Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft programs, Photoshop and be able to put together presentations with graphics.
