• We are hiring immediately for part time NIGHT COOK positions.
• Location: Dallas BOH Commissary - 8303 Elmbrook Drive, Dallas, TX 75247. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part time schedule; Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior off-site catering experience is preferred; professional kitchen experience is required.

• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $23.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with established standards and ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, and ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and arranged nicely.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
