We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist with 1+ year of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, and Salesforce administration. This role combines responsibilities for pipeline and sales analysis, Salesforce dashboard creation, commissions plan administration, and Salesforce system management. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, technical Salesforce expertise, and a passion for optimizing processes that drive sales and revenue growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist with 1+ year of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, and Salesforce administration. This role combines responsibilities for pipeline and sales analysis, Salesforce dashboard creation, commissions plan administration, and Salesforce system management. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, technical Salesforce expertise, and a passion for optimizing processes that drive sales and revenue growth.
What you will do:
- Sales Operations and Analytics:
- Support sales meetings with pipeline and sales performance analysis pre-read prep
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry
- Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the distribution of commission plans and statements.
- Assist in documentation of processes.
- Salesforce Administration:
- Support our Senior Salesforce Admin with Salesforce responsibilities, including creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules as the junior member of a small Salesforce admin team.
- Provision and de-provision users, manage profiles, and maintain role hierarchies and permissions.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in Salesforce, ensuring proper access and system setup.
- Support the finance and sales team in conducting regular audits of Salesforce data to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Provide Level One user support and training to ensure efficient use of Salesforce across the organization.
What you need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or Salesforce administration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or Trailhead experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in creating custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or Metabase).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes, commission plan structures, and sales technology tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
