About Your Business Area/Department :
Drive Operations in order to maximize our customers' success, at every point of the customer journey, from onboarding new solutions to everyday usage.
We support our customers via our global expertise, our scale advantage, our footprint and our digitalization capability.
More specifically, you will be in charge of integrating and configuring reservation content, ensuring database integrity and providing database expertise necessary for customer product activations and daily operations around:
- Availability and Schedule products
- Reference Data
- Travel Agency migrations
Summary of the role:
We integrate and configure all reservation data in production (location codes, geocodes, profiles, connecting times, schedules, availability related products).
We participate to all customer integrations, migrations, and terminations.
In cooperation with other GDS we arrange travel agencies migrations between Amadeus and other GDSs. We handle the migration process of all PNRs and customer profiles in production.
In this role you’ll:
As part of our internal knowledge management cursus, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver data management trainings to Amadeus staff (Product Management, Development and Support).
- Provide advice and guidance to newcomers and/or less experienced team members
- Evaluate impact of all data related topics from travel industry partners and notify concerned stakeholders
Implementation Projects
- Drive customer product implementation requiring only data management or participate in implementation projects as data management specialist
- Identify and execute necessary actions to activate Amadeus products and to meet customer requirements
At a higher level of successful practices & knowledge sharing, you will also be responsible for leading and managing projects in full autonomy
- Deliver consultancies / services on your domain
- Review & improve processes & procedures to reach optimization and knowledge transfer
- Provide consultancy to optimize processes via audits, recommendation, pre-sales action, workshops, training to appropriate audiences
- Identify, develop and build new services to deliver to customers
- Plan and Lead “Data Management” project within expected Quality, Timing, Budget
- Continuously Communicate & Develop your expertise recognition to customers & internal clients
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
English is mandatory. Other languages will be taken into consideration
