Job Description

AECOM/Hunt Construction has an exciting opportunity in Nashville, TN for a seasoned Project Executive with extensive experience in MEP construction.  

• Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering or related curriculum and 12 years of relevant experience in the field of MEP Construction or AA/AS and 14 years of relevant experience or HS/GED and 16 years of relevant experience; all including a minimum of four years of leadership.
• Experience in the successful construction of mega-projects in the field of hospitality/sports/recreation, in excess of 1B.

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated MEP leadership experience in the field of construction.
• Experience managing electrical and low voltage trades in hospitality or sports construction projects. 
• Experience working at all levels of project management including owners, stakeholders, general contractors, suppliers, etc. 
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff, CMiC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with construction documentation such as change order management, RFI, project close-out, etc.  
• Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
