About the role

Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing Analytics to lead our fast-growing Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will drive data-led decision-making and provide strategic insights that shape marketing strategy and business growth. You will be responsible for leading advanced analytics initiatives, optimizing marketing investments, and identifying opportunities to enhance lead generation and conversion performance. This role requires a leader who can collaborate cross-functionally at the highest levels, influence key stakeholders, and ensure transparency and visibility into marketing performance.The Vice President of Marketing Analytics will champion the development of advanced attribution models, lead the evolution of our analytics infrastructure, and establish a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will be instrumental in aligning marketing analytics with business objectives, guiding investment strategies, and fostering innovation across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Marketing Analytics team, establishing and executing the vision, goals, and roadmap for marketing analytics.
  • Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights that inform high-impact business decisions and growth strategies.
  • Oversee the development of sophisticated models and analytics methodologies, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and advanced lead scoring.
  • Drive performance monitoring and analysis across all marketing channels (TV/OTT, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Direct Mail, etc.), identifying key trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Enhance visibility into marketing performance through advanced data visualization and dashboarding in Salesforce Analytics Studio/Tableau CRM.
  • Build and scale data infrastructure, enabling efficient data access, automation, and real-time reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, and Client Experience teams to drive accurate forecasting, market research, and sales strategy alignment.
  • Lead the design and execution of A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate and optimize marketing effectiveness and investment.
  • Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms that enhance prospect targeting and profitability.
  • Establish and promote best practices for data governance, analytics methodologies, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other quantitative discipline preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience in a senior-level marketing analytics role with a track record of strategic impact required.
  • 3 years’ executive leadership experience managing high-performance analytics teams required.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, analytics platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and report automation.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to construct complex models and forecasts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for presenting complex data insights to executive audiences.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and advanced modeling techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
