About the role:

The Billing Manager will build, oversee, and drive a diverse team to maximize revenues including hiring, training, and performance management. This role will lead the day to day operations and develop departmental strategies to direct their team members to success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure billing processes are compliant with government, commercial and medical payor guidelines.
• Collaborates with branches and other departments, when necessary, to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Analyze and audit claims to ensure claims have been submitted with required authorizations and medical documentation

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of medical billing experience
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
