The Opportunity

The Adobe.com team is seeking a driven analyst to deliver actionable insights across our suite of creative, document, and marketing solutions. In this role, you will apply your expertise in analytics to craft product strategies, optimize customer experiences, and influence business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing and Finance to solve complex problems and be a key player in advancing Adobe’s data science capabilities!

Our ideal candidate has an outstanding blend of analytics and technical expertise in addition to experience applying advanced analytics techniques to answer difficult business questions. This role will work with various teams across Adobe.com, using their understanding of data science and statistics to drive end to end insight generation across our digital experiences. Key functions for this position include understanding business problems, building models and crafting analytical frameworks, validating results and communicating findings to internal team members to move Adobe's business forward.

What you will do:

  • Drive end-to-end analytics projects to inform and drive product strategies that improve customer experiences.

  • Work with large, complex datasets to solve challenging problems using statistical and analytical approaches.

  • Define and measure success metrics, forecast trends, and monitor product performance across Adobe’s ecosystem.

  • Influence product direction and business decisions through compelling presentations to teams across Adobe.

  • Advance data science practices, mentor team members, and scale knowledge across the organization.

  • Work with partners throughout the organization to apply company data to drive business insight and improve Adobe's products.

  • Partner with technology, marketing, and sales teams to build out requirements for new data and analytics capabilities across our desktop, web and mobile offerings

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.

  • 4+ years of applied analytics experience

  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and statistical software (e.g., R).

  • Proven ability to initiate and complete analytical projects independently.

  • Strong communication skills to present analysis results to senior leadership.

Preferred skills:

  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related experience.

  • Experience in technology, consulting, or finance industries.

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing analytics teams.

  • Familiarity with Adobe including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,300 -- $158,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

      At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

      In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
