Position: Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: Apply financial analysis, program management, data analytics, and leadership skills to deliver recommendations on strategic opportunities for the company. Partner closely with other members of the Strategic Operations and Analytics teams to understand and quantify key challenges and business opportunities across the organization. Use data analysis and statistical methods to develop and analyze data insights to provide strategic recommendations focused on revenue growth. Leverage program management skills to build out RASCIs for different strategic initiatives, GTM trackers, GANTT charts, and project schedules. Identify and mitigate risks to your schedule, scope, and resources while balancing competing priorities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder requests. Prioritize and make data-driven decisions that will maximize your impact on key team and company objectives. Use SQL to analyze large datasets to answer business questions and conduct statistical analyses of operational changes. Create compelling operational visualizations in Tableau based on these analyses and make strategic recommendations that will optimize and improve performance. Assist with operational activities such as facilitating Revenue Review commentary, working with various teams to assemble information for business performance and reporting updates, and reviewing and disseminate across the marketing and sales. Develop economic models for business initiatives using optimization and decision analysis. Position will be headquartered in Austin, TX but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

 

Educ./experience: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as an Ecommerce Analyst, Operations Manager, or related role. Experience must include data extraction; identifying patterns, trends, and insights; analyzing and interpreting large sets of data using statistical methods and tools; knowledge of Tableau and SQL. Position will be headquartered in Austin, TX but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Salary range: $103,484 - $175,009 per year
