Job Description

Saatchi NY is looking to hire a talented Sr. Business Affairs Manager. 

Our first preference is to have someone based in NY, but we are open to fully remote candidates as well. Come work with a talented, collaborative Business Affairs team!

• Vast knowledge of business affairs including production, over-scale talent, music licensing and influencer programs
• Ability to understand and interpret standard legal documents like vendor agreements, releases etc.
• Strong mentorship qualities to help train and support producers, including other members of the business affairs team and account teams
• General knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA commercials contract as well as hiring non-union talent
• Oversee outsourced talent management team assigned to their accounts
• Partner to producers, working as their right hand throughout productions 

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience
• Experience with being client facing and establishing relationships with clients with regard to business affairs related matters like budgets and talent
• Qualities for this position include someone who is a critical thinker, process driven, pro-active minded and solution oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $73,500- $123,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
