Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Designer

CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for a Content Creator who is skilled in Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our Brand Communications team. This individual will work on both short and long formats, developing compelling video content for internal and external projects.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics (a plus if you have 3D rendering experience with software like Blender). This position requires a highly creative individual who is able to work collaboratively and on their own projects - no micromanaging here!CLO is a global company so you may be asked to work with team members in other regions, but you will mainly be collaborating with US and EU Brand Communications team members.Application requires a portfolio. Responsibilities

• Creative ideation, production and editing of video content for CLO’s owned channels (social media, website, events, etc.)
• Collaborate with Brand Communications Managers to determine content direction and details
• Implement creative notes from stakeholder teams
• Ensure content meet brand specs and guidelines
• Identify and implement improvements in video production processes
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest video marketing trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video editing
• Effective communicator and storyteller
• Proficient in video creation/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
• Knowledge of aspect ratios, video encoding formats, hi-res file transfer applications
• Experience with social media channels and content creation
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage own projects and work independently
• Creative and willing to experiment

Plus if you have

• Experience with trending content formats (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience working with 3D rendering software (e.g. Blender)
• Experience in video production and recording
• Experience with a variety of cameras, especially Canon and Blackmagic
• Experience or passion for the fashion industryNetwork of freelancers to rely on
• College degree in related majors (graphic design, marketing, etc.)
