Director of Behavioral Health (Outpatient)

Overview

Signet Health is hiring for a Texas licensed social worker for the position of Director of Behavioral Health with our program in Olney, TX.  This is a full-time, in-person position with a generous starting salary and sign-on bonus.  

 

Specific duties as will include:

• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Services
• Leading program development
• Coordinating short- and long-term strategic planning
• Ensuring full compliance with contractual matters
• Establishing strong ties with the community leaders and organizations

Requirements/Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a compliance driven leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity.

• Master's Degree preferred (Psychology, Nursing, or Healthcare Related field)
• Valid state license as an LCSW is strongly preferred
• 5 years of hospital based behavioral health experience
• Successful management experience
