Greenhouse is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Data Platform to join our team!
As one of the most senior individual contributors on our Product team, you’ll own Greenhouse’s data strategy across our product suite. You’ll drive alignment between engineering investment and customer value across the highest used parts of our products. Your customers are both internal and external - platform and product teams, monetization teams, partners, and end users.

What you’ll do
- Own Greenhouse’s analytics strategy across our entire product suite, addressing current challenges and building a future vision for our data systems
- Drive data decisions that holistically balance both customer needs and engineering capabilities
- Build, frame, and evangelize best practices for continuous data improvement within our R&D organization
- Drive the strategic evolution of our data architecture to support advanced analytics and the efficient training and operation of AI applications
- Scale our data architecture in partnership with our Engineering teams, working across our organization to make data available in new places
- Drive the productization of new front-end solutions and user experiences related to data
You should have
- Proven experience as a seasoned Product Manager, with a strong background in evolving data products across an ecosystem
- Experience leading and driving initiatives across multiple, diverse teams
- A strong understanding of data architecture and experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
- The ability to work independently and own complex problems from inception to resolution
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Hands on experience working with customers to identify areas of opportunity that inform product development priorities
- A strong handle of SQL and Python

The national base pay range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
