Senior PR Specialist, Operations - Global Cross-Functional Comms & Operations

As the Senior PR Specialist, Operations for our Global Cross-Functional Comms & Operations team, you will support the team on strategic projects, and manage processes and tools to ensure the team is functioning effectively and efficiently with a strong team culture and impeccable internal reputation.
Sitting within the global PR, Social, Influencer and Events team, the Global Projects & Operations team is responsible for developing and driving organization-wide integrated communication initiatives as well as setting the organization up for success by driving collaboration and providing support across strategy & planning and operations functions such as budget management, HR/People, internal comms.
The dream candidate is someone who has strong attention to detail, takes initiative and anticipates potential challenges before they arise. This person will build and cultivate relationships across the Comms, Social & Events Org as well as other teams (including but not limited to Geo, Finance, Procurement, Legal and IP). They are a proactive individual with a strong desire to improve efficiency wherever possible.
The position will be based in Los Angeles, reporting to the Senior Director, Cross-Functional Comms & Operations, and will work closely with the wider global PR, Social, Influencer & Events teams.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects
Engage with team members across PR, Social, Influencer & Events functions and across global markets to maintain communication calendars
Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and execution of our team’s initiatives
Working closely with procurement team, provide support in managing supplier relationships across the world
Provide finance support to global team
Support in managing internal meeting agendas and content for global team
Coordinate internal merchandizing projects showcasing the global team’s work internally
Help keep process documentation up to date
Maintain our global newsrooms and provide support to global teams
Help support onboarding of new staff members across our global markets
Who you are:
2+ years of experience in communications operations
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive in addressing challenges and finding effective solutions
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team while also being comfortable working autonomously with a manager based in a different time zone
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment a plus
Experience in large, highly matrixed organizations a plus
Familiarity with project-management tools a plus

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500 to $115,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
