We are on the hunt for a Senior Developer who is equally passionate about backend and frontend development. This role demands a deep understanding of building scalable, high-performance applications using a robust tech stack, including Java, SpringBoot, Redis, ElasticSearch, Postgres, and Angular (version 13+). We use Lean Product, User-Centered Design, and Extreme Programming (XP) practices to deliver value to our customers with very fast cycles.

The Lead Software Engineer will spearhead the development of our application, leveraging the Pivotal Labs methodology to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. This role combines deep technical expertise with a passion for Agile practices, mentoring, and a commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do

• Full Stack Development: Implement and maintain robust backend services using Java and SpringBoot within our microservice architecture. Simultaneously, develop dynamic, responsive front-end applications using Angular (version 13+).

• Efficient Communication: Design RESTful APIs and event-based messaging for smooth interservice communication, ensuring seamless data flow between the frontend and backend.

• Advanced Data Handling: Leverage Redis for effective data caching. Utilize ElasticSearch and Postgres for advanced data storage and querying capabilities.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment and management of services on the Google Cloud Platform, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Leadership and Mentorship: Collaborate across teams to drive the project to success, mentoring junior developers and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
