Job Description

In the role of a dedicated customer operational expert (OPEX), you will support a critical customer of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket division by managing the end-to-end operations.  From customer order acceptance, monitoring all the way through all the Bosch system touch points, and confirm the proper receipt at the customer warehouse.  You will utilize SAP and the Customer's own portal, then work with cross functional teams in product management, sales, and logistics, to ensure adherence to the customers strict order handling requirements.  It is essential to quickly identify and remove any roadblocks prohibiting perfect shipment.  Key Performance indicators are fill rate, on time delivery, and percentage of orders being accepted through the customer book in process (first time receipt).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 2 years of customer service / supply chain / logistics experience
  • Self-motivated, team player, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of problem solving using data and analytics
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills, experience in SAP or Power BI a plus
