Your team
You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center team as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate (CSA) where you will interact with our clients and handle time sensitive service requests. You will play a critical and senior role within your team of Client Service Associates who are tasked with providing excellent service to both our Clients and our Financial Advisors at the direction of the Service Managers.
Your expertise
• ideally, 5+ years of prior financial services experience
• specialized knowledge in one or more service task
• SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed required
• undergraduate degree is required
• strong track record of success in previous positions and known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you
• able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
• highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner
• excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams while demonstrating self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
• excellent listener with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• able to adapt and work well under pressure and able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
• able to lead and positively influence others in a challenging environment

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $75000 to $98000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
